DR. GABRIEL SERRANO

His vocation emerged early in his native Colombia, where at the age of eleven he enjoyed sneaking into the family library and spending hours exploring medical books belonging to both his father and his grandfather, both trained in the field of medicine. Years later, the future doctor moved to the United States and then to Valencia, where he studied Medicine at the University of Valencia, specializing in Dermatology, and obtained his Doctor of Medicine and Surgery degree cum laude. He later completed his residency in Dermatology at the Valencia University General Hospital. Subsequently, he served as Associate Clinical Head of the Department of Dermatology at the same hospital, where he worked for more than 25 years.

In 1989, he founded Sesderma Laboratories in response to the lack of dermatological products at the time, becoming one of the pioneers of modern dermocosmetics. Fifteen years ago, Dr. Serrano introduced nanotechnology worldwide, applying it to the development of medical and dermatological products as well as dietary supplements, turning Sesderma into one of the most innovative companies in the world.

Dr. Serrano is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the Spanish Academy of Dermatology, the Ibero-Latin American College of Dermatology, and the most important dermatological societies worldwide.

Currently, Dr. Gabriel Serrano is devoted to research and medical practice, actively participating in international congresses and forums where he delivers symposiums, masterclasses, and medical training. In addition, whenever he is in Valencia, he continues to see patients at his dermatology clinic, demonstrating his genuine passion for his work and patient care.

Dr. Gabriel Serrano is the author of more than 200 national and international publications and a member of the most prestigious dermatological societies both nationally and internationally.
